Our expert team provides a credible valuation analysis starting from an overview of the economy, industry and company along with the assumptions to support our valuation. We perform the required valuation analysis using the right valuation methodology including income (DCF), market or cost. The most commonly used is income approach which derives value from the present value of future cash flows. Market approach, however, applies transaction or publicly listed businesses multiple. The cost approach considers the market value of the company’s assets less market value of its liability, or net equity.
